Job Description
- Responsible as technical support for our online education system.
- Help our clients on solving any system problems they find.
- Train and coach our teachers on how to use the system.
- No programming at all only technical support.
- Responsible as technical support for our online education system.
- Solving technical issues that might arise from the system.
- Responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all electronic devices (Laptops/ Mobiles/ printers/ routers/ cables/ etc...)
- Active Helpdesk for the Office.
- Upgrading and maintaining the infrastructure of the office
- Testing the system continuously to achieve the optimal need for it
- Reporting Bugs and opening Tech cases for escalation.
- Hand over Live shift to the next Tech agent
- Great with using google sheets and forms
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in same position with similar service industry background.
- Good to very good English language.
