Job Description
- Responsible for online support for our clients.
- Responding to our clients on the FB page to answer their questions about our English courses they want to register and take.
- Help our clients on solving any problems they find.
- Responding to teachers on the online Teacher Support Rooms
- Hand over Live Shift to next operator
- Rotational shifts needed, work will be 6 days from office in Maadi and 1 day off fixed.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year experience in same position with similar service industry background.
- Great with using google sheets and forms Support description
- Good to very good English language.
