Job Description

  • Responsible for online support for our clients.
  • Responding to our clients on the FB page to answer their questions about our English courses they want to register and take.
  • Help our clients on solving any problems they find.
  • Responding to teachers on the online Teacher Support Rooms
  • Hand over Live Shift to next operator
  • Rotational shifts needed, work will be 6 days from office in Maadi and 1 day off fixed.

Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year experience in same position with similar service industry background.
  • Great with using google sheets and forms Support description
  • Good to very good English language.
  • Patience
