Job Description
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
- Advise on a procurement strategy
- Prepare and analyze costings for tenders
- Provide advice on contractual claims
- Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports
- Value completed work and arrange payments
- Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
- Responsible for the project’s snags list

- Full responsibility to the project act as a Construction Manager

- Responsible for Working on the as-built drawings with the frequency previously agreed on in the project kick off meeting.
- Responsible for submitting the data gathered by the Supply Chain department in terms of Material Submitting and Subcontractor / Supplier Prequalification to the Engineer for approval through Material Submitting and samples.
