- Handling customers’ inquiries via Social media channels.
- Moderate the Facebook page and customer comments within reasonable SLA.
- Answer customers’ inquiries via phone if needed.
- Create customers’ orders on the system.
- Follow up with customers if needed.
- Redirect customers’ inquiries to the responsible department if needed.
Job Requirements
- +1 year of experience in moderation field.
- Capability to work full time is a must.
- Rapid typing skills with accuracy (30 WPM – 80%)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- The ability to multi-task and perform under stress.
- Very good command of English.
