Job Description

  • Handling customers’ inquiries via Social media channels.
  • Moderate the Facebook page and customer comments within reasonable SLA.
  • Answer customers’ inquiries via phone if needed.
  • Create customers’ orders on the system.
  • Follow up with customers if needed.
  • Redirect customers’ inquiries to the responsible department if needed.

Job Requirements

  • +1 year of experience in moderation field.
  • Capability to work full time is a must.
  • Rapid typing skills with accuracy (30 WPM – 80%)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • The ability to multi-task and perform under stress.
  • Very good command of English.
