Job Description
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Interface and coordinate with other engineering disciplines, project management, customer representatives and regulatory authorities as applicable to the project.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Architecture engineering.
- Very Good design and Free Hand skills.
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create.
- Analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to details.
- Very Good with (Revit - Autocad - 3D MAX - Photoshop).
- Very Good communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals.
