Job Description

  • Welcomes on-site visitors determines nature of the business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
  • Answers incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Determine callers’ requirements (extension desired information requested, etc.) and transfer a call
  • Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel
  • Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
  • Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
  • Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications.
  • Monitors visitor access and issues pass when required
  • As required, takes and relays messages
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms
  • Keep records of calls placed and received
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail
  • Ensure reception area is tidy
  • Use computer systems to enter data or process information Implement corporate policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in the English language is a must
  • Proficiency in MS office
  • Good task keeping skills
  • Team Working ability
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Work experience as a secretary.
  • To be a resident of the Greater Cairo area.
