Job Description
- Welcomes on-site visitors determines nature of the business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel
- Answers incoming telephone calls, determines the purpose of calls, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Determine callers’ requirements (extension desired information requested, etc.) and transfer a call
- Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel
- Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable
- Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
- Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications.
- Monitors visitor access and issues pass when required
- As required, takes and relays messages
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms
- Keep records of calls placed and received
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail
- Ensure reception area is tidy
- Use computer systems to enter data or process information Implement corporate policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Fluent in the English language is a must
- Proficiency in MS office
- Good task keeping skills
- Team Working ability
- The ability to work under pressure
- Work experience as a secretary.
- To be a resident of the Greater Cairo area.
