Job Description
- Design and implement a new sales initiatives , strategies and programs that expand the company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers
- Project Implementation Manager For Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Build and promote strong , long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs and provide information , support and guidance
- Analyzing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Produce new revenue by researching and analyzing potential prospects and sales options.
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- -Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; Attending Technical trainings by , participating in professional societies.
- Determine annual until and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition.
- Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict.
- Respond to some sales inquiries by phone, electronically or in-person and update the sales system promptly.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
- Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management.
- Prepare reporting as needed.
- Performs other duties upon request.
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in a related field (sales diploma is preferred).
- Overall experience from 5:10 years (3-4 years at least at managerial level)
- English fluency
- Computer Literate.
- B2B / B2C sales experience.
- Knowledge of ERP System.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently exceeding targets.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Dedication to providing great customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem analysis and problem-solving.
- Professional attitude and appearance at all times.
