Job Description
- Manage Oracle ERP Application setups as core applications at Property and Land Management Corporation
- lead the stakeholders and technical resources to design, implement and maintain Oracle ERP application and other integrations aligned with the best practices
- Monitor and coordinate with business users to optimize application availability and performance ensuring the user satisfaction and proper utilization of the application.
- Produce reports, analysis dashboards and respond to key users' inquiries.
- Assign users' accessibility and authentications
- Hire, Train, assist and supervise direct reporting staff and other technical teams.
- Assist in Project implementation and integration
- Optimize the project cost and coordinate with the project team.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Approvals Management in Oracle ERP.
- Advance knowledge of client-server technology, RDBMS, and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP application Fundamentals and Tools.
- Working knowledge of Financial, HCM and Property management
- Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies.
- Direct hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software.
- Practical knowledge in importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.
