Job Description

  • Monitoring of Tier 1 & Tier 2
  • Setting teams KPIs & coaching team members
  • Organizing tasks between teams
  • Making sales reports & analysis of offline business
  • Reporting about the required tools
  • Supervision of VIP accounts
  • Monitoring using the Enett card (credit card) and report about any suspicious transactions
  • Admin of all documentation
  • Reporting suppliers issues

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum experience not less than 2 years in a Team Leader position.
  • Tourism & hotels operations experience is a must
  • Office & google high level of skills
  • Excellent Communication & Leadership skills
  • Max. age is 35.
  • Fine with rotational shifts.
