Job Description
- Maintains accounting files and records for all company receivables as a result of sales.
- Monitors customer payment history and identifies bad creditors .
- Follow up with the customers when invoices become due or beyond their due date.
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Accomplishes the result by performing the duty.
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Good English
- Familiar with ERP System is highly preferable
