To understand the technical capabilities of legacy systems so that the sharing in design decisions are taken to meet business goals.
To ensure that the technical designs deliver the most effective customer experience.
Understanding of project management techniques and tools.
Participate in Developing and implementing project briefs for contractors and work programmes for team members, to clarify the outputs required, roles in project groups, and specify quality standards expected.
Participate in Generating RFP/RFQ for major solution implementations to submit it to solution integrators.
Participate in Evaluating contractors’ performance on completion of projects, identifying lessons learned and alternation to contractor management process for the future.
Contribute to roll-out planning and final hand-over of applications, ensuring that customers will be able to use the application properly.
Participate in Leading the development of IT applications and programming, and selection of packages to be used in programming, checking against quality standards, clarifying roles in project groups.
Participate in constructing valid service delivery framework for IT services.
Understands information requirements by studying organization mission, goals and business drivers
Defines infrastructure for design and integration of internet computing systems by analyzing information requirements;

Bachelor degree in IT / Computer Science.
1-2 years of experience in software development or solution design/architecture
Preferred for the candidates to have an experience in Telecom Application (CRM,Billing,Charging ,POS,TT, …etc),
Preferred for the candidates to have a certificates or training in Best Practice and Standards (TOGAF,TM Forum, ITIL, 3GPP, …etc)
Should be able to respond effectively to rapid change, delivering appropriate solutions or alternatives to time critical milestones.
Knowledge of industry best practice methodologies for analyzing, defining and documenting the link between input business requirements and output technical solutions.
Ability to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of solutions to meet agreed business requirements.
Knowledge of evolving industry trends, best practice and customer requirements in the telecoms arena.
Experience of working within a project/programme framework to deliver technical change in a corporate environment.
Previous experience in Software development and business/system analysis.
Should be able to work with incomplete requirement specifications, resolving ambiguities via discussions with the originating functions (e.g. Marketing, Wholesale, Products etc.).
