Job Description
- Support of a distributed Windows/Linux based network.
- Maintain standards for installation of infrastructure software / hardware installations.
- Provide end-user support, resolving technical issues and provides technical assistance for Windows and Linux Operating System.
- Set up new hires with equipment and appropriate access to the company’s system.
- Maintenance of the Microsoft software applications.
- Implement, install, configure, monitor, trouble shoot existing Windows Operating System and Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot Windows and Linux Desktops and Laptops.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Professional certification as MCP or MCSA or MCSE is a plus.
- 2 Years of experience in Windows Server Administration & Domain Controller Administration
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft based environments.
- Help desk experience.
- Linux knowledge is a must, hands on experience is a plus.
