Job Description
- Conduct business-process re engineering/optimization and follow-up on cross functional improvement initiatives in line with corporate goals and strategies
- Identify areas for improvements in various processes and develop “to-be” activities in coordination with process owner and aligned with applicable QMS/ Business process standards and internal organization requirements and policies to ensure system update to business needs.
- Develop company-wide documentation and standardization for TE policies, processes, and business forms taking into consideration the established quality standards and best practices Analyze internal and external audit results and process performance measurements to discover areas of improvement
- Conduct interviews/definition sessions with concerned owners/departments as per the defined plan to define the required Policies, Processes, procedures …etc.
- Provide support to analysts as needed to ensure efficiency of activities
- To perform any other duties requested by the Direct Manager
Job Requirements
- University degree preferably in Business Administration / Computer science /engineering degree or related fields
Qualification
- BBM Standard Knowledge ( advanced level)
- Six-sigma Knowledge (intermediate level)
- Fair Knowledge about ETOM
- OCEB knowledge (advanced level)
- Visio Knowledge (advanced level)
- ITIL Knowledge (intermediate level)
- Office knowledge excel, word, access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project (advanced level)
