Senior Business Analyst - Operations Excellence

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality visits to the selected operations group departments in order to provide process re-engineering proposal to ensure simplification of activities and reduce both TAT and cost.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify the root cause for key business pain points and provide actionable solutions to resolve/mitigate them by collaborating with the relevant business stakeholder.
• Support in provide process reengineering and improvement proposals to any assigned strategic project to drive improvement in process metrics, targeted financial benefits in order to achieve bank goals in a timely manner.
• Analyse the operations’ IR’s portfolio in order to identify different operations department business requirements and prioritize them in order to meet banks strategy and vision in collaboration with CIO and finance team.
• Develop, analyse and produce periodic dashboards to the different committees to illustrate trends, achievements and challenges across operations area.

• Implement approved department policies, processes, and procedures and monitor adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner

Day-to-day Operations

• Implement the day-to-day operations assigned for the department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures

Compliance

• Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
