Job Description

  • Assist and document staff attendance, work schedules, payroll, and staff training duties.
  • Ensure that staff members follow server standards and restaurant protocols.
  • Ensure Health Code and Sanitation Practices and all staff members follow health code and sanitation practices.
  • Check food and beverage orders to verify they are prepared and served within company standards.
  • Interact with Customers, check that they are enjoying their experience and also manage customer complaints and rectify customer problems.
  • Assist in the day-to-day logistics of food service and to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  • Consult all outlet managers on operating requirements and quality standards
  • To be proactive during service peak times maintaining a highly visible profile in outlets
  • Assist the Director of F&B on reports, forecasts, budget, marketing plan, festivals and special promotions
  • Interview candidates for F&B service vacancies.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent English and preferably good French language.
  • Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills
  • Strategic decisions effectively in the interest of the Hotel industry.
  • Good listening skills, with a patience to come up with solutions to the problems faced by the staff.
  • Excellent organizational & planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure at all times
  • Rain and coach the workforce & lead by example
  • Health and safety policies & procedures.
