Sales Manager – Eicher Bus Division - Al Futtaim - Dubai (Band G)

  • We are aiming to increase our dedicated sales team and are keen to hire an experienced and dedicated Sales Manager to be based in Dubai.
  • Your role will be to develop and implement a solid sales strategy and plan in order to achieve high levels of sales, profits and wide consumer base for Buses & Light Commercial Vehicles.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Eicher sales team to achieve their target, follow up the daily activity and report submission, support in customer visits, help the team to achieve their targets and maintain the agreed gross margin.
  • Communicate with the principal and specify the product specs and improvements required, monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques. etc.
  • Communicate sales plan and targets to Key Account Managers/Sales and Senior Sales Advisor and provide them sufficient training inputs, guidance and motivation to achieve targets successfully.
  • Enhance customer base in the designated region
  • Achieve and maintain high CSI rating
  • Work within the parameters of company guidelines
  • Work closely with the sales team and marketing staff as a good team player and provide support whenever required
  • Maintain a high level of integrity while performing the above functions
  • Follow company policy and processes

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or business degree

Minimum Experience and Knowledge: 5 years of commercial or technical roles in buses and 1-2 years of managerial experience

Job-Specific/Technical Skills required to complete the tasks: Bus technical knowledge, admin and managerial experience, customer interface experience, manufacturer knowledge preferred
