Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Bring in new revenue through potential and existing clients
- Generate new business leads and opportunities globally
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products and services
- Achieve or exceed revenue targets
- Present services, prepare proposals, perform contract and price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close the sale with the clients
- Assist clients with opening test service and follow up on progress involving support team when necessary
- Assist the Head of Sales to drive sales forward in a competitive market, actively research and find new customers globally, identify customer needs and identify market trends
- Collect market intelligence and analyze competitors
- Collect product feedback, present ideas and improvements to the Development Team
- Achieve/Exceed target sales volume and value
- Expand customer base by acquiring new customers
Communication Relations:
- Coordinate with Finance to take payment information and to obtain budget details.
- Coordinate with Logistics and Warehousing to manage the delivery of the supplies.
- Coordinate with Planning to assess on-hand inventories of supplies and ensuring they are at appropriate levels.
- Coordinate with Sourcing to maintain regular contact with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with IT to maintain and access records, such as invoices, purchase orders and bidding contracts, to make sure they are up to date.
- Coordinate with Purchasing in materials requirements and its delivery dates.
- Coordinate with Sales unit managers in identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1 to 2 years
- Experience in “Food Ingredient and Additives / Chemical Trading” is Plus
- A bachelor's degree in Chemistry Science, Pharmacology, Engineering or a related field

- Ability to hit targets in a demanding, fast paced environment with multiple responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge and familiarity of the MS Office package, Sales force CRM is a plus
