Job Description
- Prepare the contractors' invoices on Excel sheets.
- Follow up the down payments' deductions from invoices.
- Follow up the validation of GLs.
- Prepare the estimated Bill of Quantities on Excel sheets.
- Follow up the invoice payments with the Finance department.
- Maintain an accurate filing system for all projects.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position in the Construction industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
- Experienced in using MS Office specially Excel and ERP systems.
- Good command of English language.
- High Communication and Problem Solving skills.
