Job Description

  • Prepare the contractors' invoices on Excel sheets.
  • Follow up the down payments' deductions from invoices.
  • Follow up the validation of GLs.
  • Prepare the estimated Bill of Quantities on Excel sheets.
  • Follow up the invoice payments with the Finance department.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system for all projects.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position in the Construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • Experienced in using MS Office specially Excel and ERP systems.
  • Good command of English language.
  • High Communication and Problem Solving skills.
