Job Description
Recruiting projects with clients such as (Owner, Consultant, or Contractor) by presenting systems specifications.
- Site surveys to submit an optimum design according the criteria of the place to be monitored such as (fire risks, available areas, etc.)
- Following up through design phase according site survey or architectural drawings.
- Submitting bill of quantities (BOQ) and the submittal and commercial offer of whole projects.
- Following up through all project phases (as built, Supply, Install, etc.).
- Following up the marketing campaigns of the company.
- Organize outdoor events like (Meetings, Tenders, Seminars,etc.)
- Issue and following up the maintenance commitments along the system projects if any.
- Making a monthly action plan for projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics).
- 0-2 years of Experience in Construction field.
- Good English Language.
- Eager to learn.
- High grade of presentation and communication skills.
- Fair good with (Microsoft office - AutoCAD).
- Owning a car is highly preferable.
- Cairo residents is highly preferable
