Responsible For All The Recruitment Process:
- Expand recruitment sources especially in blue collar.
- Posting jobs and collect data.
- Conduct phone and face to face interviews.
- Arrange with managers for technical interviews.
- Conduct exit interviews and make analysis of turnover rate.
- Make job offers for accepted candidates and keep in touch with them till receiving the job.
- Make any reports related to recruitment in case of need.
