Job Description

  • Work with the Senior Communication Specialist to help create engaging digital communication plan on monthly basis to raise awareness about Educate Me and supports the department's strategic objectives.
  • Grow an online community, engage and retain followers through regular follow-up on the inquiries received from our followers through different channels.
  • Manage communication with potential individual donors and leads from our social network platforms and finalize the process of receiving the donations and required financial documents timely.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives and campaigns on social media to ensure that they are meeting the department's strategic objectives using FB insights and Google Analytics.
  • Manage communication and follow-up process with the department suppliers and service providers (designers, printing agencies, venues,.) to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Regularly review and update the website content and publish new content to ensure website is up to date.
  • Create and regularly update department databases (partners, service providers, potential customers,)
  • Internal Reporting & Internal Communication
  • Filling and Submitting needed direct reports.
  • Attending Follow up with Direct Manager.
  • Attending Monthly Staff Meeting and Team frequent gathering.

Job Requirements

  • Education: BS/BA in Marketing or Mass Communication.
  • Specialized knowledge:
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in communication and digital communication in a professional capacity.
  • Track record of success in managing social media platforms and community management.
  • Creating attractive content, and developing databases and social media insights.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills are required (both English & Arabic).
  • Position demands the ability to positively interact internally as a team member as well as externally with online audience, service providers, and individual donors.
