Job Description

  • We are looking for an ambitious Retention Agent who wants to grow and learn while making money.

Brief:

  • The Retention Team is responsible for Retaining the customer that the company has Churned in a specific period, as we deal with Real estate companies such as Brokers & Developers "B2B business".

About the Job:

  • Dealing with old customers that the Company lost to know their objections and bad experiences.
  • Working as an advisor to align their own objectives with the company objective.
  • Knowing their needs and show them the campaigns' features and tools that will make the customer achieve the main target.
  • Retaining by offering solutions and by giving them suitable discounts to get them back.

Job Requirements

Candidate Must have:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience or Customer Service experience.

Candidates with the following will be preferred:

  • Experience in Corporate Sales (Selling to companies).
  • Excellent English Skills.
