Job Description
- Manpower planning in coordination with line managers.
- Maintains and updates job descriptions and organizational charts for company different departments.
- Implementing the performance management system.
- Monitoring the career path system and promotions
- Prepare annual training plan for company employees
- Responsible for coordinating the necessary tools and equipment for the training courses and the proper execution of the training courses
- Evaluation and measurement of customer satisfaction after each training sessions.
Job Requirements
- Required academic qualification: Bachelor or equivalent
- Languages required: Arabic and English
- Years of experience: 3-5
- Males only
- Skills and abilities: Ability to work within a team, Office/Windows computer skills.
- Ability to communicate with customers and respond to inquiries and complaints
