Job Description
- Lead and manage the QA team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements
- Monitor and assess performance of the quality systems, report its effectiveness to management and implement actions for improvement.
- Ensure compliance of the audit programs for internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance and record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, and sampling and sanitation activities.
- Manage QA related projects from inception to final reports and implementation that are based inside and outside the resources of the Dept. on a factory-wide basis.
- Drive Monthly reviews of KPI’s and contribute towards meeting the yearly business Goals for the Facility.
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards to different departments.
- Set/Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
- Participate in the change management process to assure the products or services continue to meet customer requirements.
- Responsible for external audit coordination & support renewal of ISO certification.
- Prepare the approved document list and prepare the document status on a regular basis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the related field.
- Preferably previous experience in factories.
- Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
- Reliable and Trustworthy
- Full awareness for ISO 2008 & 2015 regulations.
- Fluent command of English.
- Preferable Obour City Resident.
