Job Description

As Compensation and Benefits Manager, your main responsibilities will be;

  • Lead team(s) of Human Resources (HR) specialists to deliver the strategy for a specific HR functional area in a Country. Represent the needs of the area to the Group Center of Expertise (CoE) and collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and HR Business Services (GBS) to provide a seamless service to the business
  • Managing compensation and benefits essential to ensuring employee satisfaction.
  • Ensuring that our company is compliant with all laws and other regulations related to benefits and compensation.
  • Assists employees with issues of pay, benefits and retirement.
  • Develop methods to boost employee awareness of their options and benefits packages.
  • Meet with employees as individuals and in groups to get them signed on with the organization’s benefits programs and assist with questions related to wages and/or salary, medical plans, retirement plans, and investment programs.
  • Help construct the compensation levels of an organization to ensure competitive rates of pay that are in accordance with our company’s needs.
  • Compliance: Ensures compliance with legislation and HR policies and compliance standards in area of functional responsibility. Manages local exception requests to policy, within defined parameters, and escalates as necessary
  • Finance and budget: Formulates financial plans and budget estimates for the HR function area in the Region/Cluster. Manages adherence to agreed plans and budgets
  • People leadership and development: Ensures (with support of the relevant HR Business Partner) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed. Guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Job Requirements

  • Ideally, you would hold a Bachelor's Degree in one of these majors, Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration.
  • With more than 10 years of relevant work experience.
