Job Description
- Revise car warranty status
- Revise car service history
- Revise warranty repair history to confirm if it need approval or not
- Revise the CIR and compare it to the repair done
- Confirm that the job done is according to Renault policy
- Finalize all documents and job order within 3 days to send it to the warranty manager
- Follow up all warranty jobs status carried in his workshop
- Weekly follow up for the pending warranty job orders
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Automotive Warranty Engineer
- Bachelor of engineering
- Very good command of English
- Excellent command of MS Office
