Responsible for reviewing the drawings with the existing status of the site, and raise any inquiries.
Review QS reports as applicable
Give assistance in Reviewing Tender doc's for any technical or financial queries.
Responsible for reflecting the existing status of the site on the design drawings, prior to starting the engineering submissions.
Responsible for Forwarding the Drawing Submittals and Request for information (RFI) for approval through the QA&DI.
Responsible for following the change management procedure upon receiving Instructions over design or shop drawings site instructions through PM and operations team.
Assist in providing the QA&DI with the close-out list of doc's in order to assist in collecting them.
Responsible for Working on the as-built drawings with the frequency previously agreed on in the project kick off meeting.
Responsible for submitting the data gathered by the Supply Chain department in terms of Material Submittals and Subcontractor / Supplier Prequalification to the Engineer for approval through Material Submittals and samples.
Responsible for preparing lessons learned document.
Other technical duties/projects as assigned

Bachelor degree in Engineering - Architecture
5 years of experience in a related field experience.
Knowledge of construction materials and methods, CAD, Revit design analysis and modern structural systems.
Professional knowledge in construction, methods, and application
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
