Job Description
- Manages the Fleet Services Operations.
- Responsible for effectively establishing and maintaining quality assurance and productivity programs.
- Manage owned and outsourced fleet operations.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure required performance.
- Set and monitor drivers evaluation and their salary scheme.
- Build fleet annual budget and follow up the cost to be within the approved budget.
- Develop programs for drivers / partners.
