Job Description
- Coordinates and evaluates delegated activities of nursing and hospital-wide committees related to Total Quality Management.
- Identifies and reviews nursing department standards collects and analyzes data to identify problems, plans, and implements appropriate actions to maintain and improve general nursing care services; monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of the actions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare is required and Certification in Healthcare Quality is preferred.
- Special training in quality improvement and patient safety including but not limited to data management, clinical risk management, and utilization review.
