Telesales Representative

Founded in 2017, Bosta is the Tech logistics company that deliver packages for ecommerce businesses in Egypt, leveraging technology to empower businesses is what we do best. Our goal is to disrupt the logistics industry by bringing vision, technology, and experience all together to provide a one-stop-shop for delivery solutions.

Aligned with that goal, we are seeking a Telesales Representative, based at Bosta headquarters in Maadi Cairo, Egypt to contribute in generating sales for Bosta. He/She will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the Business Development team when needed
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
