Job Description

  • Managing PPM activity.
  • Managing on-site project works contracted to Macro.
  • Managing directly manage the on-site technical team.
  • Responding to operational and reactive requests and deals with them in an expeditious manner.
  • Assisting the facilities manager by liaising with all technical specialist service providers.
  • Assisting the facilities manager by liaising with all soft services service providers.
  • Handling regular audit performance of service providers in line with specifications, KPI’s and SLA’s.
  • Ensuring at all times that service providers carry out their work safely and with due regard for others in accordance with health, safety and environment procedures and instructions, contractual, legislative and local requirements.
  • Assisting in the management of on-site HSE concerns.
  • Ensuring the site risk register is kept up to date.
  • Assisting in managing all site statutory or legal requirements.
  • Maintaining site COSHH register.
  • Handling regular tracking of the CAFM system to ensure timely completion of job cards.

Job Requirements

  • 3 years’ experience in facilities management.
  • HSE knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken. Fluency in English.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong motivational skills.
  • Strong document preparation skills and accuracy.
  • Good organization and planning skills.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
