Job Description
- Prepare maintenance plan and budget
- Contribute to the upkeep and availability of the plant equipment
- Review variances in planned performance and take corrective actions
- Ensure that all activities are handled in line with safety and quality regulations
- Set specific performance goals for subordinates and reviews them on regular base with each employee
- Monitoring maintenance plan through technical KPI targets
- Support by technical opinion the solution for the maintenance circumstances.
- Prepare all required reports
- Ensure that all activities are done in safe conditions
- Analyze and interpret data
- Complete project by training and guiding technicians
- Supervise a team of technicians
- Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment
- Maintain and modifying equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient

- Education: B.Sc in Electrical Engineering
