Job Description

  • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Maintains and balances accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
  • Produces payroll, external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups.
    Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Monitor, Guide and coach subordinates to maintain, record, process, update or reconcile various financial documents, such as profit and loss margins, billings, invoices, reimbursements, deposits and other documents.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy on all financial documents and performing clerical accounting or bookkeeping duties.
  • Reconciles general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 4+ years of administration & accounting experience
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication, organizational abilities and time management skills.
  • Excellent Excel Knowledge
  • Tourism experience is a Must
  • Strong computer skills, MS Excel in particular (managing spreadsheets, creating charts and using advanced formulas)
