Job Description

- Develop creative that supports the Tripdizer brand while working within brand standards and any established campaign structure as needed.
- Take tasks from design conception through completion on multiple platforms.
- Handle priorities effectively, comprehend information quickly, analyze problems and implement appropriate solutions.
- Create and complete projects that span the entire Tripdizer brand, including brand identity, marketing, community events, sponsorship sales, collateral, email, mobile, and website.
- Collaborate with and fulfill needs for internal departments.
- Collaborate with external print and marketing agencies when needed.
- Provide support with photoshoots edits whenever needed.
- Assist with editing photos for print and digital assets.
- Assist in providing creative and artistic flair to the department.
- Help foster and maintain an environment that encourages creative development.
- Maintain knowledge of design trends and best practices
- All other duties assigned
Job Requirements

- A motivated self-starter with a no-task-too-small attitude.
- High-proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Exceptional and intuitive understanding of effective design principles.
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Knowledge of design techniques and print production process.
- Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas with internal departments while explaining design decisions.
- Ability to produce quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Must be passionate and invested in creative problem solving and design.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge in motion and video editing; a plus.
- Knowledge with digital marketing platforms and principles.
- Video Editing is a Plus.
