Job Description

  • Monitors the performance of the total sales force against the agreed standards by means of different analytical tools. Assesses the impact of commercial opportunities by analyzing relationships among several different data sources to formulate effective action plans
  • Drives proper execution of tracking systems and develops subsequent evaluation mechanisms that allow tracking field sales activities. Delivers timely and effective feedback to interested parties on progress and results with remedial recommendations
  • Collaborates with the sales and marketing to identify and diagnose the potential region/district for new strategies, new product introductions, and customer database development and ensures that the implementation plan will be achieved.
  • Continuously monitors the sales performance with the objective of refining work processes and contributes with sales personnel in reallocating resources to maintain and enhance effectiveness e.g. reorganizing resources in response to a change in the marketplace and/or financial resource allocation
  • Collaborates with the sales management team and HR to activate the recruitment and selection process, using the application of disciplined selection process of the vacant territories with different segments on a regular basis, monitor the vacancy period, assesses its impact on performance
  • Collaborates with the sales management and HR to develop, communicate the sales incentive plans that help achieve sales excellence and competitive to the marketplace practices, and monitors the effectiveness of the program on a regular basis
  • Amalgamates the sales training needs with HR through performance partnerships, surveys, observation, etc. Assists with the formulation of sales training strategies and shares tactical execution including selection of development needs for special emphasis
  • Develops and share the execution of the sales force development programs and other training programs that meet identified and anticipated needs of all functional departments

Job Requirements

  • Ability to actively listen to clients needs without being influenced by personal bias.
  • Ability to encourage dialogue, question effectively, clarify received messages, listen actively, analyze stated and hidden needs and accept positive and constructive feedback.
  • Experience in translating company strategic objectives into training / development needs and solutions.
  • Experience of working and integration with sales effectiveness and sales teams.
