Job Description

  • Assist in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
  • assist in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
  • Monitor competitors’ products, including relevant sales and marketing data
  • assist in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
  • Assist in Develop an operating budget for the sales division that meets business goals
  • Use available data to accurately forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals
  • Complete market research and analyze results to adjust sales and marketing strategy for maximum success
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing on major contracts
  • Manages sales of the company’s products to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel.
  • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plan to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • MBA is preferred.
  • 6-9 years of experience in Sales (preferably in pharmaceutical & FMCG). (3 of them in a similar position)
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
  • Postgraduate study is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
