You're expected to create and nurture high performance sales teams, and lead them to generate hit revenue forecasts and meet targets.
Job roles:
- Identify growth opportunities and potential deals within our market segments.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Developing a sales plan that covers tactics, methods, manpower and other resources.
- Hiring and ongoing development of sales team members. Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
Evaluation KPI's
You'll be evaluated in these aspects:
- Leadership: Team building skills, soft skills, orientation and motivation efficiency.
- Soft skills: Social intelligence, time management and ethics/results oriented decision making
- Selling skills: Closing deals with potential clients and diminishing their hesitation with solid clear arguments, besides enhancing up/cross sales with current clients
- Account management: Your team is responsible for handling accounts activities and working closely with operators to make sure all account promises and orders are covered with high quality to guarantee client's satisfaction.
- Crisis management: Upon any unexpected operations/sales/clients complaints crisis you will be evaluated on your management skills, e.g damage control.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in related field
- Medical background is a must
- Solid knowledge on digital marketing
