Job Description

  • Review compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan
  • Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on budget.
  • Conduct the employee transfers, salary increases/adjustments, bonuses and promotions
  • Participate in the administration of internal and external HR quality audits and inspections providing the required documentation as requested by the Audit team.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending Compensation & Benefits and Recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Implement changes mandated by government legislation and/or company policies.
  • Ensure that all staff performance appraisals are implemented in accordance with the internal policies and procedures.
  • Develop employee restructuring plans.
  • Update the HRMS with all payroll and employment effects that include new hires, resignations, transfers, promotions and other payroll effects

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in relevant study.
  • Maximum 5 years of experience in HR field (HR previous experience or internship is a MUST, Preferable Compensation & Benefits)
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written of English language.
  • Reporting & analysis experience is a must.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office strong knowledge (Excel).
  • Strong communication skills.
