Job Description

  • Arrange and schedule interviews with the applicants
  • Organize on-boarding process and ensure that new hires paperwork is completed
  • Maintains employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
  • Handling social insurance for all the staff
  • Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
  • Entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records .
  • completing data entry tasks, and answering human resources phone calls and emails.
  • Act as company representative towards social insurance offices, labor office and other labor authorities.
  • Handle internally under supervision of Senior HR

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR field.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written
  • Attention to Details.
  • Fluent English Language is a must.
  • Highly organized
  • Multitasker
