Job Description
- Arrange and schedule interviews with the applicants
- Organize on-boarding process and ensure that new hires paperwork is completed
- Maintains employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
- Handling social insurance for all the staff
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Acting as a liaison between employees and insurance providers.
- Entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records .
- completing data entry tasks, and answering human resources phone calls and emails.
- Act as company representative towards social insurance offices, labor office and other labor authorities.
- Handle internally under supervision of Senior HR
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR field.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Attention to Details.
- Fluent English Language is a must.
- Highly organized
- Multitasker
