Job Description
- Maintain the current Infrastructure
- Monitor all current Equipment and Line of Business Applications
- Troubleshoot Hardware issues related to Servers, Storage, SAN Switches
- Troubleshoot Software related to Line of Business Applications
- Manage and Troubleshoot routers and switches
- Manage vmware Hosts and Virtual Machines
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Visio & use it to create network diagrams
- Providing technical leadership and recommendations
- Providing guidance on infrastructure requirements
- Align closely with the Implementation Project Managers
- Following and updating service cases through internal systems
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in as a systems engineer
- Experience with Microsoft DC and Active Directory is a must
- All concepts of GPO/DNS /DHCP is a must
- Basic network troubleshooting is a must
- Basic Knowledge of Project Management
- Preferable to have the following courses (CCNA, A+, MCSA or MCSE)
