Studying Tenders to understand the nature of Project and Contract.
Reviewing provided Drawings and Specifications for the new Projects.
Negotiating the technical issues of the offers received from suppliers,manufacturers and subcontractor.
Prepare the BOQ and report to procurement to get the Dry Cost unit rates.
Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings.
Responding to Post-Tender Clarification from clients.
Providing all required Mechanical calculations.
Evaluates mechanical systems, products, components & applications by applying design knowledge.
Preparing the technical submittals, shop drawings and as built drawings.
Coordinating shop drawings between structural, architecture and all other disciplines.
Performing and reviewing all quantity surveying tasks.
Follow-up all projects activities according to time schedule of each project.

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong technical experience and competence in all mechanical disciplines is a must.
Past experience in similar position with MEP contractor
Computer and Presentation Skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Using AutoCAD software, Mechanical specialized software and Revit MEP.
Ability to work in teams and coordinate projects.
Knowledge in selection of electro-mechanical equipment.
Very organized and have a Good planning experience.
Time management skills and great ability to meet deadlines Energetic.
Excellent English language is essential.
