Dot Com Egypt is looking to hire a full-time Junior responsible Project Coordinator for Tabeb.com (Egypt branche).
- Tabeb.com, Startup Project looking for a talented and competitive Indoor/Outdoor Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth objectives..
Responsibilities:
- Maintain solid product Knowledge to respond to customers' inquiries and explain Tabeb Dot Com services & features to address their needs.
- Maintain the customer life cycle by making phone calls on daily basis and field visits working with channel partners to understand the customer needs, requirements and engage them.
- Manage the ongoing projects with the current doctors
- Manage accounts, identify issues and handle customers.
- Perform effective online demos to customers
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Present professionally the Tabeb Dot Com services to the customers and offer all Tabeb Dot Com services in a manner alluring and satisfactory to customers to increase customer satisfaction and close sales deals, by

- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
- Follow up with the warehouse dispatch and delivery of sales order to the customer.
- Provide the Project Manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for Tabeb Dot Com services.
- Work according to company culture and values, prioritize ruthlessly, use good communication, and deliver results effectively.
Job Requirements
- Have sales and marketing experiences
- Minimum 3 year experience in Sales Field
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command of Planning, Problem Solving, Analyzing & Handling objections
- University degree in medical discipline (Pharmacy as example)
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
