Job Description
- Lead & manage all aspects of the heavy equipment operations to achieve targets & operating budget
- Responsible for the overall operational efficiency and availability of heavy equipment through implementation of improved policies, procedures and systems to achieve continuous improvement
- Analyze data and monitor KPIs to plan improvements and provide solutions if needed
- Prepare the department yearly budget and control budget versus actual
- Oversees personnel including coaching, training, and evaluating employees’ performance.
- Manage the maintenance team directly.
- Responsible to keeping cost per hour of heavy equipment within standard rates
- Lead the activities of the maintenance to ensure fleet availability
- Oversees maintenance and repair of equipment, both internally and externally
- Involved in Drivers and Mechanics
- Analyze maintenance costs and ensure maintenance records are accurate and up-to-date
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of engineering department of mechanics .
- Experience at least 10 years .
- Experience in control & hydraulic for a heavy equipment.
- Preferably residents of Beheira
