Job Description

  • Manage reception ,answer phone calls and transfers them as necessary, Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc. ,Hold updated telephone directory).
  • Admin budget requesting , settling and manage purchase , control and keep updated record with office supplies in general .( Buffet , stationary and Papers, etc..)
  • Manage Messengers and Buffet team by defining their responsibilities and distributing daily work tasks , manage their attendance to ensure high performance.
  • Keep updated reference with legal documents .
  • Handle any requests relevant to printing materials .
  • Keep soft & hard files with T&D cars info , license renewal date, relevant property insurance document info .(mange with lawyer the needed documents for renewal)
  • Facility Administration

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 1-3 years experience working in office administration.
  • Good user for MS office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills.
