Job Description
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will be responsible for building the ‘client-side of our web applications. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive applications.
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- At least 2 - 5 years' of experience working in Front-End Development.
- BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
- Experience with JavaScript/ES6/Typescript.
- Experience with HTML5 and web template engines.
- Experience with CSS3 and CSS Preprocessors - SASS, etc.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks - Angular (React, Vuejs is a plus).
- Experience with theme frameworks like Bootstrap or Material Design.
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented JavaScript and Design patterns.
- Ability to write high-performance, reusable code using JS best practices.
- Familiarity with bundling tools like Webpack.
- Familiarity with Task Runners like Gulp or Grunt.
- Knowledge in Unit Testing using Jasmine or Mocha.
- Demonstrate the creativity and takes initiative in solving complex problems and to be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues independently.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and knowledge of how to interface with them.
- Good Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Experience in the Responsive Web Design, Web Performance, Browsers Compatibility.
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Familiarity with Adobe XD.
