Job Brief:
we are looking for Compensation and Benefits Consultant for establishing the compensation and benefits division in the company.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for Establishing the compensation and benefits division of the company.
- Analyzes compensation data within the organization and evaluates job positions to determine classification and salary.
Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a compensation & benefit Consultant
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
- Must have a strong corporate background in the retail industry
- Extra HR studies is a must.
