Job Description

  • In cooperation with Regional Sales Manager to develop, and follow a total market plan for.
  • the EGYPT market region, including market strategy, marketing, budget preparation and monitoring of result on a monthly basis.
  • Plan and carry out sales activities like customer seminars, exhibitions and advertising/publicity campaign in the region.
  • Take a lead in the preparation of major inquiries, and utilize local resources and the bid/proposal pricing.
  • Report forecast and pipeline in accordance with internal guidelines and due dates, and ensure forecast and plan accuracy and consistency, mitigate forecast risks to reach the commitment.
  • Maximize profit within own area of responsibility through cost control and efficient customer.
  • Identify market demands in order to influence product development and product strategy. Actively participate in the process of establishing the benefit side of potential new products and provide sufficient market input to the cost/benefit process, especially the benefit side.
  • Meet the budget both in top-line as well as in margin in the territory under his responsibility.
  • Specify products and solutions within those key accounts. Maximize opportunities with those we have an existing contract/preferred supplier status.
  • Co-own development and implementation of the marketing plan for your area together with the Marketing Dept.
  • Comply with all Ethics and EH&S requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate from a Technical and/or Business school.
  • 5 to 10 years in sales within the Fire Safety Business can compensate for a formal degree, Min. 5 years International experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • Demonstrated, superior analytic and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
