Job Requirements
- Support project managers to upload their projects, tasks, objectives and KPIs to the system
- Support the stakeholders on updating the project information, being schedule updates, project progress details and strategy progress parameters
- Work with CLIENT team to collect the project details from the external entities, convert it to the project information (schedule, issues, risks, etc.) and upload it to the system.
- Provide the necessary knowledge transfer and training to CLIENT team members upon request
- Support CLIENT team members to address their requests on how to use the system and solve any problem or difficulty in using the system.
- Provide Technical support to solve Microsoft EPM issues raised by users
- Test Solution releases before applying it at the client site
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of two years progressively responsible experience in ensuring end-user satisfaction with IT systems
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Project Professional
- Ability to function effectively in a hectic and stressful environment
- Ability to multi-task and follow through with user requests for assistance
- Excellent communication with end-user and co-workers.
- Must possess strong, documented attention to details and customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
- Have knowledge and experience in networking and server administration
