Job Description
- To coordinate and follow up to get reports, issues, …etc. as required for prepaid products & services and prepare useful insights.
- To monitor the media daily and issues alerts: compile, analyze and distribute, in the timely manner, to internal audience.
- To analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.
- Develop prepaid entire product/service line life cycle and maintain proper value proposition for prepaid products & services.
- Developing concepts for new products, services and offers’ initiatives
- Design and enrich new tracks contributing to churn prevention and revenue boosting
- Implementation of the Prepaid Segment strategy, products and plans in order to ensure alliance with the company’s business line needs and objectives
- Follow up with different teams to support the implementation of the Prepaid Segment products & services
- Lead multi-functional teams for perfect planning and execution of initiatives i.e: channel owners, product, pricing & campaign management team
- To manage day to day prepaid products activities & review status reports
- Regular market visits to come back with insights about our and competitions positions in the market
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of Telecommunication marketing experience
- At least 2 years of Telecom Segment/Product Management experience is a MUST
- Experience in Formulating marketing strategies and product road maps
- Microsoft Office Suite (MS word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access).
